School History

old

The school is named after a prominent early Missionary amongst the Indians in the 20th Century, Miss Hannah Dudley. The prominent features in the school of Miss Dudley’s time are “Big Baka Tree” and the concrete slab in the front lawn, the concrete foundation of her house which once accommodated the humble beginning of Dudley House School. The name “House” referred to the initially prominent section of the school later changed to Dudley High in line with the secondary school status of the school with a few boys.

We as student council members are privileged to be part of the transformed Dudley High School in 2020. A lot has been achieved within short time and thanks to our Principal Sir for his leadership. The 2020 theme "Year of Positive Change' has been the benchmark for the school. There is a vast change in student mindset and we have seen lots of positive changes.
