Principal’s Message
Warm greetings to all in the name of our risen Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ. I am indeed honoured to welcome all the stakeholders to the first ever Dudley High Schools website page. What an achievement and we are all very proud of the initiative. I joined this prestigious institution in 2020 and “YEAR OF POSITIVE CHANGE” was the theme that set the tone for the whole year. With renewed vigour and enthusiasm, the fever of positive change soon caught on and became the magic word. It indeed sparked off chain reaction as all the stakeholders worked very closely as a team to deliver quality teaching and learning. I am privileged to work with a set very cooperative Methodist Church in Fiji and Rotuma, Dudley Management Board, Teachers, Parents Teachers Friends Association (PTFA) and Dudley Ex- Scholars Association (DESA). These important stakeholders are my pillar of strength working together to achieve the goals of 2020.
I am positive that this website will open up more opportunities for all and will greatly assist in achieving the best for our beloved institution. This will be a platform that will enable us to take education, teaching and learning to another height. The accessibility will be boosted and information sharing will become easier for us all. Our students in particular will benefit the most as information will be disseminated faster to them and it will keep them up to date and in par with the current changes.
I would like to accord my sincere gratitude and appreciation to Lynette Sharma, an ex- scholar now residing in Brisbane, Australia for making this dream possible for us all. Lyn and Aidan are the key players in development of this website and it comes at no cost to the school. We are indeed grateful for this kind gesture and foresight to uplift education at Dudley High School to a greater height.

To promote, facilitate and support the education of the children in the school within the educational policies of the Methodist Church in Fiji & Rotuma and the Government of Fiji.
Strategic Plan
Our 5 Year Strategic Plan (2019 – 2023) has been endorsed by the Board and widely communicated to our team. Our goal is to introduce ‘positive change’ into Dudley High School over the five year period. You may read our Strategic Plan below
